The Forest Room (cottage)
The Forest Room, like the Garden, has a high-backed queen wooden bed and a bathroom that includes a whirlpool tub for two. This room also features a gas fireplace, window air conditioning, and cable TV with DVD. Dan’s tile works include a sculpted fireplace surround depicting a stern guardian angel, an elven woodsman in the tub enclosure and a series of “fossil” tiles, created with impressions of real leaves, making up the backsplash around the sink. Decor in the Forest room incorporates earth tones and is a bit more masculine than the Garden Room, with rich burgundy and tans predominating. This room is $179, double occupancy. Price includes full breakfast.
